This is the perfect place to stay while visiting U.C. Berkeley! It is just a short 10-minute walk from campus AND next to the beautiful Berkeley Rose Garden and Codonices Park. Just three blocks from Gourmet Ghetto, you will be able to eat amazing food during your stay, without having to prepare it yourself!

The space is cozy. It is always cleaned thoroughly between guests. There is a private parking space for guests and it is very near campus and the 'gourmet ghetto". The kitchen is minimal, with hot plates, toaster oven, microwave and small refrigerator, but there's too much great food nearby to eat at home anyway!
We DO promise you a Rose Garden! It's right across the street. The apartment is self-contained with a closed-in terrace, yard, and a stairway to the parking space.
The neighborhood is lovely. Very safe. Codonices Park abuts the property and is a wonderful place to take kids.
There is a bus stop on the same block. The 65 takes you to the downtown Berkeley BART and to the Lawrence Hall of Science.

It was charming and had nice touches in a great location. Very quiet, too. There is a wonderful park right next door with beautiful trees. Communication with our host was also easy.

The place is exactly as advertised. The space is very functional and a great value. The neighborhood is charming. This location is particularly attractive for people who want to spend time in the park next doors or who want to explore the unique hiking trails and hidden stairs of the North Berkeley Hills.
